Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Standard / Local shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- Shipping Carriers: We use The Courier Guy, Pudo, Fastway, UPS, FedEx, etc. to deliver our orders.
International Shipping
- Availability: We currently ship to the International countries. Please note that international shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heart to Hand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items are restricted and cannot be shipped to specific countries or regions.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Heart to Hand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, please contact us immediately at orders@hearttohand.co.za to correct the address. We cannot guarantee the change can be made if the order has already been processed.
Shipping Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
